Kandidata was founded in the US by Dr. Margareta Sjolund in 1986 and in Sweden in 1999. Kandidata Asia was set up in 2001 to bring the latest assessment tools and HRD strategies to Asia. During this time we have helped hundreds of companies on four continents to become more profitable.
