Kandidata Assessments

Our Assessment centers are designed to assess key skills and capabilities by leveraging the most advanced psychometric tools available. Benchmarks are customized for each client based on their industry and organizational objectives.

Assessments are designed to support recruitment, succession planning and development programs.

Psychological tests are designed to help provide insight into many aspects of a person. These tests can cover many different areas of an individual - IQ, EQ, Personality, Aptitudes etc..

Psychological tests are tools to help provide an understanding of an individual - and can even help a person better understand themselves.

Personality tests assess a person's response pattern to a theory of personality, while other types of tests assess a person's answers compared to behaviors of the general population.

Test validity is extremely important. There are many types of validity research necessary to prove a test is really accurate. These include: Divergent Validity, Convergent Validity, Content Validity, Predictive Validity, Construct Validity, Face Validity, Internal Consistency, Test-retest, and Criterion Reference Group Studies.

Well designed tests are able to detect manipulation - raising red flags when a person is giving a dishonest response pattern.

A well designed, objective and job related assessment can substantially increase the chances of finding the best person for the job.

All tests used by Kandidata come from leading psychological test publishers and Universities around the world. The tests are designed by research psychologists and Universities - in many cases based on decades of research.

We select tests based on a thorough evaluation of validity research, independent 3ed party studies and our own trials. Our psychologists are leaders in their fields and are members of both the American and Swedish Psychological Associations.

It is important to note that Psychological tests should be used as tools together with traditional assessment methods (Reference checks, interview, experience etc). No test is 100% accurate and scores can be affected by a variety of exogenous factors.
